Advice from an HR Manager: Don’t get that Master’s Degree (and when it’s worth it)

I’ve been working in HR for just about a decade now. One question I often get asked most from recent college grads is whether they should pursue a Master’s degree, in hopes of landing a job, earning more money, boosting their LinkedIn profile, etc.

9/10 times my advice is No.
